Volumetric based supply fees will apply to all non-residential customers, based on the volumetric capacity of the meter.

1) The payment period for accounts levied by Aqwest is twenty eight (28) days from date of issue.
2) Payment instalment options for rates and service charges are as follows:
30 days : 1st Instalment
60 days : 2nd Instalment
90 days : 3rd and Final Instalment
Rate accounts are issued in July/August of each financial year. Consumption accounts are distributed three times each year, in between August to October, December to February and April to June.
Penalty For Overdue Rates and Charges
A penalty charge equal to 10% per annum will accrue on a daily basis on all rates and charges which are overdue for payment.
