Business Accounts

Volumetric based supply fees will apply to all non-residential customers, based on the volumetric capacity of the meter.

Payment Periods

The payment period for accounts levied by Aqwest is twenty eight (28) days from date of issue.


Accounts will be issued in July/August of each financial year. 

Meters will be read 4 times a year as follows:

July/August

October/November

January/February

April/May


Penalty For Overdue Rates and Charges 

A penalty charge equal to 11.71% per annum will accrue on a daily basis on all overdue accounts.
