Look out for Aqwest’s new hybrid car out and about in the Bunbury community, driven by our meter reading staff.

The Toyota Corolla Hatch Ascent is run by a petrol motor which charges the battery, then switching to battery power and is a further step in reducing emissions in Aqwest’s fleet of vehicles.

Gradually, as vehicles are changed over, there will be more hybrid and electric cars added to the fleet.

“Our staff are out driving every day and it is important that Aqwest is actively increasing its use of low emissions vehicle options,” said Chief Executive Officer Gary Hallsworth.
