A standard supply connection connects a metered water supply service to an existing main, and comprises 20mm water supply pipes.
If you require a new or additional service connection to your property, please complete a Water Service Application Form.
Once your form has been received, we will provide you with a quote including infrastructure contribution charges if applicable. Please visit our standard fees and charges page for more information.
Prior to work commencing, the following conditions must be met:
payment must be received in full;
the property must be pegged with new service location(s); and
a plan must be provided with new service location(s) clearly marked. This plan should be submitted with the application form.
When these conditions have been met, work will be completed within 10 working days or on an agreed date.
