Aqwest provides drinking water to about 18,000 properties in the City of Bunbury and surrounding areas and is committed to providing sustainable, high-quality drinking water that consistently meets or exceeds customers’ expectations.
Aqwest’s water is pumped from the Yarragadee Aquifer, a large underground fresh water supply, stretching from Bunbury to Nannup.
The Yarragadee is recharged with rainfall which percolates through the ground and is a limited resource which must be conserved and protected to ensure water is available into the future.
