This website has been developed by Aqwest to ensure our services and information are readily available to as broad an audience as possible. This includes people with disability who may use assistive technology to read or listen to content on this site.

Colours and contrast

A high contrast version was developed using colours that provide maximum contrast between foreground and background items.

Separation of design and code

All pages have been developed with a clean distinction between code and design. This is so screen readers and other accessible browsers have the best possible chance to read the site properly.

Guidelines

This website strives to meet to the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.0. It is regularly checked against that standard.

Responsive design

This site automatically adjusts to fit the size and type of device being used to access it - eg smartphone, tablet or PC.

Browsers

The site works with modern web browsers. If you experience problems when using Internet Explorer, check that you are not running in compatibility mode. Simply turn compatibility mode off, or try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

You can also speak to someone directly at our Water Services Centre in Bunbury between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

National Relay Service

The National Relay service may be of assistance to customers who have a speech or hearing impairment and is available free of charge www.relayservice.com.au

Translating and Interpreting Service

The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) may be of assistance to customers who do not speak English. TIS National provides interpreting services 24 hours, every day of the year and is available free of charge. 

If you need an interpreter, please call TIS National on 131 450 and ask them to call Aqwest on (08) 9780 9500 for general queries, faults or emergencies.

Our normal business hours at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Large print documents

We are happy to provide large print versions of any publicly available documents.  Contact us to arrange.
