Aqwest has welcomed the re-appointment of one director and a new director to its Board.
Dr Wendy Giles, former Associate Dean of Edith Cowan University in Bunbury and a former City of Bunbury Councillor has been reappointed to the Board for a three year term.
Rhonda Norman has had a long and distinguished career in the Australian Public Service and has been appointed for a three year term.
Mrs Norman has extensive experience in human resource management, training, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and policy development. She hopes to use these skills and experience in the strategic planning processes and development of contemporary water policy at Aqwest.
As an Indigenous woman, she has held responsibility for the delivery of a range of cultural awareness and mentor training programmes Australia wide.
"The Aqwest Board directors have a diverse range of skills and extensive business experience which ensures that Aqwest can assess and evaluate opportunities in the water services industry as and when they arise," said Aqwest Chairman Stan Liaros.
