The rehydration station is a 500 litre tank made from stainless steel. It has 8 water dispensing points and a pump to pressurise the water for good flow. If you have ice, you can add it to the ice chest to keep the water cold.
Aqwest sets up the rehydration station for you and collects it after the event. You need to make sure there is someone to take delivery, set the system up, be responsible for its operations and pack it away for collection.
Not-for-profit organisations, charities and sporting groups within the Aqwest water licence area (Bunbury, Picton and parts of Dallyellup) are eligible to hire the rehydration station.
There is no charge to hire the rehydration station.
We do ask you to display the Aqwest logo alongside other sponsors' logos when displaying them in printed material, in social media event pages and on an event website. The logo can be obtained by contacting Aqwest.
To hire the rehydration station:
Many organisations like to use the rehydration station, so there is no guarantee it will be available. To be considered, applications must be received at least 15 working days before your event.
Aqwest will contact you within 10 business days to advise whether the rehydration station is available for your event.
