Save on bills with our water efficiency offers

Aqwest customers can now access a range of water efficiency offers that help to save water and reduce household bills ahead of summer.

The offers are available to residential customers until 31 May 2026 to encourage people to be water efficient.

With showering accounting for close to a quarter of household water use, saving water in this area is one of the easiest ways to reduce water use. Through the Showerhead Swap Program, customers can exchange up to two old showerheads for new water-efficient Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) 4-star-rated models.

The Dual Flush Toilet Rebate provides customers a rebate of up to $400 on the purchase and installation of a new dual flush WELS 4-star-rated toilet to replace a single flush toilet.

Residential customers can claim up to $1,000 on a new plumbed-in rainwater tank as part of the Rainwater Tank Rebate. A rebate of $500 is available to replace an existing plumbed-in rainwater tank, or have an existing rainwater tank plumbed-in.

Customers can also claim a rebate of up to $200 through the Irrigation Service Rebate when they engage a Garden Irrigator to reduce water use by improving irrigation efficiency. 

Residential customers can take advantage of any or all the offers, which will be available until 31 May 2026 (terms and conditions apply).
