New and Returning Rebates to Help You Save Water This Spring
Aqwest customers can now take advantage of two irrigation-focused water efficiency rebates, helping households use water more efficiently while maintaining healthy gardens throughout the warmer months.
The popular Irrigation Service Rebate has returned for the 2026/27 Spring and Summer season, while Aqwest has also launched a new Weather-Based Irrigation Controller Rebate to encourage smarter outdoor water use.
Irrigation Service Rebate
Eligible Aqwest customers can receive a $200 rebate when they engage a participating irrigator to improve the efficiency of an existing irrigation system. Services may include identifying and repairing leaks, improving irrigation performance and ensuring controller settings are operating correctly and in line with watering requirements.
NEW: Weather-Based Irrigation Controller Rebate
Aqwest is also introducing a new rebate of up to $300 towards the purchase and installation of an eligible weather-based irrigation controller or upgrade module. These smart controllers automatically adjust watering schedules using local weather data, helping customers reduce water use and avoid unnecessary irrigation.
The rebate is available for eligible controllers supplied, installed and programmed by an approved irrigator.
More Ways to Save Water
These rebates join Aqwest's existing range of water efficiency offers designed to help customers improve water efficiency both inside and outside the home.
Current offers include:
Weather-based Irrigation Controller Rebate
Irrigation Service Rebate
Showerhead Swap Program
Rainwater Tank Rebate
Dual Flush Toilet Rebate
Residential customers can take advantage of any or all the offers, which will be available until 31 May 2027 (terms and conditions apply).
