Walk for Reconciliation Goomburrup (Bunbury) 2025

On Thursday, 30 October 2025, our team proudly participated in the Reconciliation Walk 2025, walking united alongside community members, local organisations and Aboriginal Elders and leaders, from Koombana Drive crossing the bridge to the Graham Bricknell Music Shell. The event was a wonderful opportunity to walk together, listen, learn and connect with the community as part of National Reconciliation Week.
Following the walk, our stall welcomed visitors throughout the day where we enjoyed meaningful conversations about water, sustainability and the importance of working collaboratively for a better future. We handed out some of our Aqwest merchandise as a thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat.
Our Rehydration Station was set up for the community, offering free water to fill up their water bottles or cups to keep everyone refreshed in the sunshine.
We are honoured to be a part of activities like this that celebrate culture, community and connection. A big thank you to the City of Bunbury and Yaka Dandjoo Events for hosting the event in partnership with Reconciliation WA and to everyone who came down and shared the day with us. We are proud to support unity, respect and continued progress towards reconciliation.
