Terms and conditions that apply are forwarded to suppliers as part of the bid invitation or contract establishment process.

Around the time a contract is awarded, suppliers generally receive either a consolidated contract from Aqwest, or notice of award letter. In instances where no specific conditions of contract are identified, the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions featured below apply.

As these terms and conditions are subject to change occasionally, it is the supplier’s responsibility to make sure they have the latest version.
