About the role:
Aqwest is on the lookout for a dynamic person to coordinate the delivery of people and culture functions within Aqwest, supporting leaders and employees in effectively maintaining our positive workforce culture, building strong relationships and delivering quality services. The successful applicant will also create and support an efficient, one team approach and structure aligned to the Aqwest corporate vision.
Fulltime / Permanent Position
Remuneration: Circa $99,000
What you'll bring to role:
Applicants will have demonstrated experience as a Human Resources practitioner, experience in recruitment and selection practices and learning and development program management. Analytical, reporting and documentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills are important to this role in our growing organisation.
