Process Controller
Aqwest is seeking a Process Controller to join the Treatment team in operating, maintaining and optimising water supply assets, including providing a rapid response to faults and emergencies, and to support the achievement of Aqwest’s strategic objectives and associated key performance indicators.
Applicants will have a relevant qualification in Water Industry Operations and the ability to hold confined space, working at heights, self-contained breathing apparatus and chlorine/chemical handling certification. The applicant will also have knowledge and experience in water industry operations or similar, including operating and maintaining water supply assets, and the ability to participate in the on-call roster, including responding to afterhours callouts as required.

HSE Officer
Aqwest is seeking a HSE Officer to contribute to the development, maintenance and successful implementation of Aqwest’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) management systems in relation to operational and capital works. The role requires the HSE Officer to develop, support and ensure the consistent implementation of operation safety management plans, environmental management plans and associated systems, processes and procedures.
Applicants will have experience in the development and implementation of Work Health and Safety (WHS) management systems and have detailed knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations. A strong understanding of risk management in an operational environment, sound communication skills (both written and verbal) and analytical and problem-solving skills are important for this role.

Coordinator Risk & Compliance
Aqwest is seeking a Coordinator Risk and Compliance to ensure the organisation’s risk management and compliance processes are implemented and adhered to in accordance with legislation and Board policy. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving compliance and risk awareness across the organisation.
Applicants will have demonstrated experience in a similar role with good working knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and processes and have university level qualifications in a relevant discipline. Strong problem-solving skills, project management skills and research abilities are important for this role.
