Corporate Information Officer
We are currently searching for a vibrant and energetic individual to join our Business Services Team, in the role of Corporate Information Officer. The exciting opportunity will see the individual oversee Aqwest's corporate information management strategies, including privacy and information governance, document control and records management. The position will have the opportunity to shape Aqwest’s data and records management systems and improve access to information across the organisation.
About You
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain an organisation-wide information management strategy for capturing, organising and developing information; together with implementing and monitoring compliance for those information management practices.
You will have experience in drafting and maintaining policy, procedures & guidelines, as well as assisting in the development and upkeep of controlled documents.
Ideally you will have experience in information management or records management, clear understanding of Australian privacy legislation & moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Manager ICT
As our Manager ICT, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all information and operational technology at Aqwest. Leading a small in‑house team and multiple-service partners, you will be accountable for cybersecurity, ICT/OT service delivery, technology strategy and the successful delivery of transformation initiatives that enable our business.
The role will report directly to the General Manager Financial Services and work closely with leaders and teams across the organisation to ensure services are secure, resilient and fit‑for‑purpose.
About You
We will have experience in strategic planning, cyber security, risk & compliance, ICT/OT operations & service delivery, proven exposure to project & change management, as well as good stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will also possess a Bachelors Degree in IT/Info Systems, 5 years + in ICT Management (government preferred), experience with incident response and disaster recovery and a high skill set in Microsoft Office suite, Azure, Defender and network security.
